Puff Daddy says U.S. President Barack Obama shortchanged black people, adding that Mrs Hillary Clinton hasn’t earned their votes, too. He advised that people should “hold their votes” until either the Democratic presidential aspirant or her running mate Donald J. Trump comes open with a mapped-out strategy on how lives will be changed.

P. Diddy has always been vocal in every election. He’s one of those celebrities that politicize the need for people to vote in elections and make a difference.
Puff Daddy [real name Sean Combs] admitted that America’s 44 th president performed well in his two tenures, considering the pressing issues at the forefront of U.S. politics.
The musician said: “It’s all about education and jobs and creating programs for [graduates] to have opportunities,” mentioning a charter school in Harlem he called out for the help they rendered to him while he struggled with life as a young black man.
Worthy of note is the fact that modern politics have changed from the old norm, and there’s a limit to what people can take from the political process before they give up on the system entirely.
“The black vote is going to decide who is the next president of the United States,” Combs said on MSNBC.
Combs held out on endorsing either candidate, but said he “hopes Mrs Clinton just starts to directly talk to the black community.”
“Until either candidate does, we should hold our vote.
“I don’t believe any of them,” he said.
According to Antmedia, Obama was the last hope for many people who thought a politician could change things, but when Obama brought more of the same, some people became awake to the reality that politicians are usually con artists and that the entire political system is a scam.
The rapper Combs once told audience at a Revolt music conference: “See the things [sic] that’s tricky about politics is there’s so much bullshit with it. We started Vote or Die and… and from the community we’re in, we’re not with hearing too much of the bullshit. So that’s why we get disenfranchised, [we’re] disconnected because nothing that they’re saying actually relates to us…
“So Vote or Die, and getting out the vote, those things [were] laid out there so people could understand about the process.
“We started Vote or Die, and the whole process was all full of shit. The whole shit is a scam.
“At the end of the day, I’m not telling you not to vote. But I’m saying be a realist and know that they’re motherfucking kicking some bullshit up there,” he said.
During Diddy’s chat with MSNBC’S Al Sharpton on Politics Nation over the weekend, the Bad Boy mogul expressed some disappointment in the POTUS. He explained that so much was expected from Obama but very little was received during his 8 years in office.
“My number one thing, though, to be honest, is black people,” Diddy said.
“I feel like we put President Obama in the White House. When I look back, I just wanted more done for my people because that’s the name of the game. This is politics. You put somebody in office you get in return the things that you care about for your communities.”
He continued:
“I think we got a little bit shortchanged. That’s not knocking the President. There’s a lot going on — a lot of balls for him to juggle — he’s done an excellent job, you know, but I think it’s time to turn up the heat because the black vote is going to decide who is the next president of the United States.”
