Fulham are close to completing a deal to sign January target Ricardo Pepi for the summer.
The PSV Eindhoven striker, whom Fulham pursued right up until Deadline Day, is expected to arrive in London for a medical before the weekend.
The fee is expected to be the same as the agreement in principle reached during January; an initial fee of £30m (€35m) plus a further £1.7m (€2m) in add-ons.
Pending the outcome of the medical, Pepi will then become a Fulham player on July 1 after finishing the season with PSV.
Sky Sports News reported on Deadline Day that Fulham had intended to keep trying to sign Pepi after their winter-window deal fell down.
PSV’s inability to sign a replacement then was a major factor.
