The leaked sex video of a 13-year-old student at Chrisland School, Nigeria has gone viral on Twitter and Reddit, sparking outrage on the internet.
Many social media users expressed anger at the news from Chrisland School in Victoria Island Garden City (VGC), Lagos State, Nigeria, after Ubi Franklin, a music executive raised the alarm of a possible r*pe of a 10-year-old girl.
Meziesblog understands that the teenager in the viral videos was on April 14 suspended by the school authorities for “willingly” engaging in sexual intercourse with her co-learners in faraway Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), during the World School Games in March.

The World School Games 2022 was held in Dubai from March 10-13, 2022, with students from the prestigious high school participating. More than 30 awards were awarded to the school for its outstanding performance.
In a letter to the kid’s father dated April 14, 2022 and obtained by Meziesblog, school officials at Chrisland School in Victoria Island Garden City claimed that the girl was a “main participant” in “improper behavior” after participating in the truth-or-dare game.
“In line with our core values centred on discipline, Chrisland Schools have zero tolerance for any improper behaviour and misconduct,” the school said in a letter signed by its principal Georgie Azike.
Ubi Franklin narrated in a now-viral Instagram post, how his friend’s 10-year-old daughter was raped during a school competition in Dubai and later suspended from the school, and the school involved is Chrisland Schools. He was wrong about the teen girl’s age.
Chrisland Schools is a conglomerate of schools providing education for Nursery, Primary and Secondary School students from across Nigeria, but with facilities situated in Lagos and Abuja.
Ubi Franklin on his Twitter page @ubifranklin1 revealed that the parents found out after another parent in the school alerted them. The girl was selected to represent her school at the World School Games in Dubai when the incident happened, he said.
The music manager said, “Just got off the phone with a friend of mine, his 10-year-old daughter was selected to represent her school at the World School Games in Dubai. His daughter was raped by fellow students, video tapped and posted on Instagram, and the school concealed it for a month”.
“UPDATE ON MY PREVIOUS POST”, Ubi continued, “This school took the girl from her parents that they wanted to conduct a Covid test and the school rather took the girl for a pregnancy test. As we speak, the girl has been SUSPENDED from the school. Some things don’t make sense at all”.
Shortly after Ubi Franklin’s post on the Chrisland School Video incident, Nigerians on social media started name-dropping Chrisland school Lagos, then also followed a media statement from Chrisland explaining what had transpired.
ALLEGATIONS
With no mention of rape, the school added that other students who took part in the games had been suspended and that the girl and her parents did not cooperate in the investigation.
The mother of the pupil in the Chrisland School video saga in a video shared by Ubi Franklin on Instagram narrates her encounter with the school, she said the school had contacted her to inform her about a kissing game involving her daughter under their care. She begged and appealed to Nigerians to intervene as the institution had been interrogating her daughter without her knowledge.
“They’ve been threatening my daughter, that if she speaks out they’re going to kill her, that it is a men’s world, that she should keep quiet that she shouldn’t disclose to me”, the mother said the daughter had been “dying in silence”.
“They took her to go and do pregnancy test without me knowing”, she added.
MIXED REACTIONS
While some people blamed the immoral activity of the minors on bad parenting, others accused the school of neglecting children it took to a foreign country. Among those who commented on the issue were social media influences, Japheth Omojuwa and Dr. Dipo Awojide.
Awojide argued that the school failed in its duty of care, adding that they could be sued for that

“They failed to enforce this on that Dubai trip. They might get sued by the parents. The state government should ensure schools have policies per duty of care and such policies should be enforced,” he said.
Omojuwa argued that the school should take responsibility for the incident since the children were in their care when it happened.
“They were in the care of the school when the incident happened. The school – Chrisland School – should take responsibility for that. In their letter to her parents, they took no responsibility whatsoever. They deserve every smoke they get,” Omojuwa said.
For @AmaraRadio, the school erred by not inviting and informing the parents about the true incident. She insisted that the incident was not raped but “spoilt children doing what they have done before, but this time, videoing it.”
Chibuzo Nwa Emeagwara faulted the parents for failing to bring up their kids responsibly.
He said: “Failed parents asking for justice. Justice on whom and for what exactly? The only wrong thing the school did was leave those children unsupervised. They even tried covering your family’s shame.”
Also, Daniel Regha said: “Rape occurs when there’s no consent and judging by the video that 10 year old Chrisland School girl seems to have willingly indulged in the sexual act, this falsifies any rape allegation; The school management, her parents and loved ones failed to instill disciple in her. What an epic shame.”
@TweetOracle said: “Just watched the video of the 10 year old girl from ChrisLand school having sex with an 11 year old boy and I am totally appalled.
“I blame the parents first of all and then the school for being criminally negligent. This should be thoroughly investigated. Shouldn’t be allowed to stand.”

Few days after the Chrisland School sex video was leaked online, raunchy immoral videos of toddlers having sexual intercourse, showing off erotic dance moves or displaying profanity are circulating across the world like wildfire. It seems sex is the new madness in Nigeria.
However, the high level of moral decadence has been attributed to poor parenting and negligence, not only lack of godliness. The question is: can we still catch them young?

The 13-year-old girl of Chrisland Schools, whose sex video with a male colleague during a trip to Dubai surfaced recently, has tendered her unreserved apology.
In her post on Sunday, April 24, on Likee App, she stated: “I made a mistake, now I’m living with the consequences. I regret it, I really do. And I’m sorry.”
The pupil informed her followers on Likee that she would be going off from social media platform soon, to enable her fully recover from “this m*s”.
According to her posts: “We should not regret mistakes, we must learn from them.
“Don’t let your past dictate who you are, but let it be a lesson that strenghtens the person you’ll become.”
