Eva Longoria – I’m not a Fan of Marriage

Eva Longoria has revealed that she never thought love would find her until she met José Bastón, who did not only captivate her soul but changed the idea she held about marriage and relationships.

The American actress-producer says she now believes in love because Baston gave it a new meaning.

In 2016, Eva walked down the aisle with Baston, but admits she never dreamt of getting married ever in her life after suffering two failed marriages.

Contrary to her beliefs, a “husband with the magic wand” came like an angel from heaven, and she says “he’s full of surprises.”

“I feel like I’m the luckiest human being in the world, and he feels that he’s the luckiest and that’s a beautiful thing,” she said to PEOPLE.com about the man who loves his privacy so much.

We have so much respect for each other’s dreams and ambitions, for our families and our life goals together.

“I never felt I was partnered with an equal until I met him …”

“If it [having children] is on the horizon for us, then great, but we are just enjoying each other now.”

The 42-year-old had a chat with ET Online’s Denny Director where she talked about her husband Jose Antonio “Pepe” Baston. She also made some revelations about her wedding anniversary plans as well as the widely speculated pregnancy rumors.

The interview came around the time Eva premiered her new film Lowriders in Los Angeles, California.

“We’re always like newlyweds,” she gushed about her feelings.

“Some days we feel like we’ve been married for 40 years and other days we feel like we’ve been married for two seconds — just depends on the day!

“We’re priorities for each other, so it’s pretty easy,” she added, according to an earlier report from ET.

The “Sentinel” actress who’s better known for her role in “Desperate Housewives,” told PEOPLE Magazine: “My husband’s full of surprises. You would think I would catch on that something’s happening, but I don’t, ever …

“[On her wedding anniversary,] I wanted to stay in the room and play backgammon, because I was winning … and he was like, ‘No we should go to dinner.’ He surprised me at dinner with a beautiful gift and a song and a singer; it was just amazing.”
