Dundee United have agreed a pre-contract with Australian forward Lachlan Rose.
The 26-year-old will join this summer on an initial two-year deal from A-League leaders Newcastle Jets.
“Dundee United are delighted to announce the signing of Lachlan Rose on a pre-contract agreement,” read a club statement on Tuesday morning.
“Upon the expiry of his deal with A-League outfit Newcastle Jets, the Australian will arrive at Tannadice in the summer on a two-year contract, with a club-held option of a further 12 months.”
Rose has scored 16 goals in 39 appearances since arriving from Sydney-based outfit MacArthur FC in the summer of 2024.
