A company owner was asked a question, “How do you motivate your employees to be so punctual?”
He smiled & replied, “It’s simple. I have 30 employees and 29 free parking spaces. One is paid parking.”
Punctuality isn’t a quality of people who have too much time on their hands; it is the most important characteristic of every successful person.
We must observe punctuality in all endeavors if we plan to be successful.
