Unai Emery reminds Sevilla ‘our success is based on enjoying each moment,’ with a ‘new opportunity to make history’ in the Europa League.
Los Rojiblancos are in Ukraine to play Shakhtar Donetsk, the game being held in Lviv, and Emery told a pre-match Press conference that it would be dangerous to assume their excellent record in the competition will persist.
“Our success is based on enjoying each moment. If you think about a moment you’re not in, you stop enjoying it and you lose concentration,” he explained, AS reports.
“We are aware of this important moment. I see alert players, with desire, knowing they have a new opportunity to make history. That’s something for all Sevilla to enjoy. We all want to experience this moment.
“I think the tie is 50-50. They’ve won this competition too. They’re a successful team with a successful Coach. I don’t think it will be decided [in the first leg].”
