Kanye West’s 911 Call: “Don’t Let Him Get Any Weapons,” Emergency Dispatcher Warned.

Kanye West left UCLA Medical Center on Wednesday after he suffered a break down on 21 November due to stress and anxiety. The rapper will continue receiving treatments as an out-patient. It has truly been a terrible year for Kim Kardashian and her family.

A report from The Associated Press (AP) confirms that the 911 call made by Kanye’s doctor on 21 November has been released.

The audio call which was recorded just before Kanye’s hospitalization was actually made by his doctor who raised concerns for the 39-year-old’s mental health.

Police and paramedics received a call at around 1:20 p.m., according to the L.A. Times which confirmed it was for an unspecified disturbance. Kanye was said to have picked on someone in the house.

The source revealed it was a physical fight but did not provide further details.

However, two sources were quoted as saying that Kanye was ‘paranoid’ and showed some erratic behaviors at his trainer’s residence.

After help arrived, it took about two hours for authorities and friends to persuade Kim’s husband to get medical assistance.

A caller who identified himself as one of Kanye’s doctors was heard in the recorded audio, asking for a prompt response from paramedics and saying: “He’s definitely going to need to be hospitalized.

“I wouldn’t just do the police by itself,” the caller added.

TMZ identified the person who called in 911 as Dr. Michael Farzam.

Authorities arrived the scene and had a brief chat with Kanye, persuading him to voluntarily seek medical attention.

The rapper eventually followed given advice and was taken in by paramedics to UCLA Medical Center, a source who spoke on the condition of anonymity told the LA Times.

According to the report, specific portions of the call regarding West’s medical condition were redacted to prevent the disclosure of confidential health information.

During the 911 emergency call, the dispatcher was heard advising Kanye’s doctor to “keep an eye on him”.

“Don’t let him get any . . . weapons or anything like that,” says the dispatcher.

“If anything changes, if he does become physically combative between now and when the police and/or paramedics get there, call us back immediately at 911.

“Will do, thank you so much,” the caller replies.

“[Since returning home] Kanye has been with Kim and the kids. He seems okay and happy to be home. Kim’s family is visiting,” a source close to the family told PEOPLE.

“Kanye will continue to receive treatment and help with how to cope with stress. He needs to learn how to better balance his work and family life,” the tipster added.

  1. He knows he has a problem and people know that, too. Kanye has never denied having a troubled mind. Good news he survived this time.
