An 18-year-old Israeli man who was jailed for 30 days for refusing to serve in the Israeli military has been sentenced to another 30 days in prison.
Mr Mitnick is the first Israeli to be jailed as a conscientious objector in the Israel-Hamas war.
He was released from an Israeli military prison last week after serving 30 days and told Sky News he had since received a call from the IDF instructing him to report for duty today.
However, he said he would refuse again and has now been sentenced by a military court to an additional 30 days in military prison.
