A detective could lose her job after breaking wind and swearing around the police station.

DC Claire Fitzpatrick – who has been accused of repeatedly dropping the C-bomb and farting in front of other officers – claimed her behavior was simply part of a “culture of banter” at the station in Bedwas, south Wales
She insisted breaking wind outside the sergeant’s office was by accident, adding: “I would joke about it. Sometimes I would speak like the character Borat, or use a silly voice to say: ‘Rather out than in’ ”
DC Fitzpatrick has served on the force for 22 years, but now faces 25 counts of inappropriate behavior.
