Chris Brown’s Lawyer Proves Baylee Curran Lied Against The RnB Icon.

Chris Brown’s lawyer spoke in a press conference on Friday, arguing that the allegations against his client were false. He says Baylee Curran, the former Miss California Regional 2016, had carefully planned every lie she told police against the RnB icon as no drugs or guns were found in his home.

Brown’s latest police issue and his previous run-ins with the law, raised questions on whether he has learnt any lessons from women.

However, Mark Geragos [Brown’s lawyer] said the singer is innocent of the current accusations against him. The father-of-one was arrested on charges of assault and possession of deadly weapon.

Baylee Curran alerted LAPD that the “No Air” singer threatened her with a gun on Tuesday, and a rapid response team from the force laid siege at Brown’s home until an arrest warrant was issued, a situation which Mark said, required him to ask Brown to wait for him to get there first.

The pop star’s lawyer says he specifically advised Brown to not come outside his home or to consent to any orders from the police.

Luckily for the 27-year-old, his 2-year-old daughter Royalty wasn’t at home to witness the scary incident.

“From the best of my knowledge, for the entire time I was there, there was no gun – or guns – found in that house whatsoever,” Geragos said. “There were no drugs, that I’m aware, that were found in that house whatsoever.”

In an interview with ET on Wednesday, Mark confirmed that nothing was found that corroborated Curran’s statement that the singer pulled a gun on her because she admired a male friend’s jewelry in his home.

“The LAPD were specifically looking for a specific type of jewelry that was not found,” Geragos said, adding that “none of the six witnesses supported Curran’s story”.

“The story that was conveyed to me by the witnesses there was that nothing happened, and that this woman got irate when she was asked to leave because she was acting in an erratic manner,” Geragos said.

According to the ET report, Brown’s lawyer said his team is currently investigating text messages which Curran allegedly sent to a friend early Tuesday morning before the “gunpoint incident” occurred.

The claimant wrote: “Chris Brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend’s jewelry fake, can you come get me?”

She wrote again, informing her friend that she would take drastic actions against Chris if she couldn’t get picked up. The second text reads: “I’m going to set him up and call the cops and say he tried to shoot me and that will teach him a lesson.”

IBTimes quotes TMZ as confirming the text chat between Baylee and her friend below:

“Hey, Safari, don’t you know this freak Chris Brown is kicking me out of his house, because I called his friend’s jewelry fake,” the message read.

“Uber is messing up. If not, I’m going to set him up and call the cops and say that he tried to shoot me and that will teach him a lesson. I’m going to set his a– up. LOL. Come get me.”

“Really? That’s f—– up,” Safari allegedly replied. “You ain’t going to do that. You’re wrong if you do.”

Meanwhile, Curran has reportedly denied sending any of those messages to anyone.

The lawyers are working out other ways to authenticate the evidence against her.

“We’re going to be calling for a formal criminal investigation if we can … authenticate the texts that were sent, because if those texts were true, then it gives great credence to what my client said initially, which was, ‘nothing happened and this was a set up,’” Geragos said.

Contrary to Mark’s claim, Curran is quoted as telling ET that she felt the law took it’s due course with Brown’s arrest.

The former Miss California was asked her reasons for filing a police report against the pop star and she replied:

“I’m scared for my life. I’m terrified.

“I hope they can provide protection… I think the world kind of needs to know that this stuff does happen. A lot of violence is going on in the world right now and I think that we all kind of need to wake up to it and reunite and just share the love, I guess.”

Someone might want to ask if the ex-beauty queen who was stripped of her crown shortly afterwards on controversial grounds, has stepped on too many toes with her b**chy life  and now needs “police protection”.

In her interview statements, Curran said: “Chris did not see me admiring the jewelry,” adding that she was “just looking” at the diamonds.

“It was his friends who originally said ‘Get away’… But then, Chris pulled out his gun and said ‘Get the f**k out’… like, pointing that way and pointing it in my face and saying, ‘So sick of all you people, I am going to blow your head off.’ I don’t really remember, but he was threatening me with the gun in my face.”

Reports confirm that Curran was stripped of her Miss California Regional crown early this year. She held the position for only 3 months.

“Baylee only served as Miss California Regional from April 1 to July 5 due to multiple allegations that were further investigated,” said a representative from the organization.

Another insider also said that Curran was let go after making some racially charged remarks to someone attached to the pageant.

“The racial comments were regarding African Americans,” revealed an E! News source. “Baylee made racial slurs to the person’s face. This person was someone very closely related with the pageant directly that she should have respected.”
