Brad Pitt cleared of Child Abuse allegations

The FBI has closed its investigations on Brad Pitt’s alleged child abuse which was cited as the reason for Angelina Jolie’s divorce. Sources confirm that the “Troy” actor accepted his visits to their kids to be monitored pending when inquiries by the authorities are completed.

In a latest report on the lawsuit, ET Online confirms that Pitt has been acquitted of all charges filed against him for the September 14 plane incident with his 15-year-old son, Maddox.

The FBI said in an official statement released on Tuesday: “In response to allegations made following a flight within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States which landed in Los Angeles carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation.

“No charges have been filed in this matter.”

Pitt has kept his cool through the shocking divorce and custody battle with ex-wife Jolie, in the interest of their kids.

The 52-year-old was alleged to be battling alcoholism and anger issues. He was also accused of engaging in extra-marital affairs.

“He has the truth on his side,” a source told the news outlet, making reference to the allegations against him, especially now that he has been cleared by the Department of Child and Family Services.

Another source added that the DCFS did not “find anything of any significance” in their investigation.

“His visits are monitored voluntarily because he has agreed to go out of his way for the kids,” the source said.
