Robyn Rihanna Fenty popularly known only as RIHANNA has leaped from ‘Umbrella’ and now ‘ANTI’ accompanied with eight Grammy Awards and yet more in the pipe – haters can’t stop it.

There has been speculations from fans on both camps that Riri has an unspoken beef with Beyonce. Rihanna called it a distraction from people who believe that Beyoncé, out of jealousy released her latest single, “Formation,” only a week after Rihanna dropped her long awaited album “ANTI.”

Since 2012 when Rihanna did ‘Unapologetic’, it took about 4 years to bring ‘Anti’. This breakthrough calls for celebrations and not beefs. The Man Down singer isn’t buying such rumors in any way. She said:

“Here’s the deal. They just get so excited to feast on something that’s negative. Something that’s competitive. Something that’s, you know, a rivalry,”

“And that’s just not what I wake up to. Because I can only do me. And nobody else is going to be able to do that.”

Whatever Rihanna means by ‘doing only her’ can be better understood if she expressly says something against Beyonce or her camp. If no such statements has been made, then it is very important that fans should let sleeping dogs lie so Riri can catch every available fun on her ‘Anti’ world tour.

The Barbadian singer and songwriter, born in Saint Michael and raised in Bridgetown entered the music industry by recording demo tapes under the direction of record producer Evan Rogers in 2003. 

Riri isn’t naive anymore, everyone knows she has grown into an enviable role model for both women and young girls.

Rihanna has mesmerized the world with her jaw-dropping videos and drove many people nuts with some heart-stopping dance moves branded ‘twerking’. We still haven’t forgotten how she did what she did at the Brits 2016 with  Drake but that’s cool.
