5.4-Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Southeast of Shikoku, Japan

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 struck southeast of Shikoku, Japan, at 1910 GMT on Saturday, according to the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences.

The epicenter was initially determined to be at 31.81 degrees north latitude and 132.04 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 10 kilometers.
