Ukraine’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy has posted about this week’s aerial attacks on Ukraine.
In his post on X, he says Russia has launched 500 aerial bombs, nearly 660 drones, and 120 missiles over the past seven days.
“No other country in the world has ever faced such attacks on a daily basis for such a long time,” he says.
“Yet, our state has stood firm. Our armed forces continue to fight the aggressor, our people are working for the sake of a strong Ukraine, and our partners support us.”
Overnight, Ukraine said it shot down 32 of the 78 Russian drones fired nationwide.
Meanwhile in Russia, 29 Ukrainian drones were shot down, with one casualty in Bryansk.
