World’s safest airline revealed

Air New Zealand has topped a list of the safest full-service airlines.

Airline Ratings found the airline upheld the highest safety standards and pilot training across its fleet of planes. 

In second place was Qantas and joint third was Cathay Pacific, Qatar Airways and Emirates. 

When it came to the safest budget operators, Hong Kong Express topped the list, followed by Jetstar Group.
