Victoria Beckham became the face of the Range Rover Evoque in 2012  but the mega-star has put her own special edition of the car on sale with just 1,400 miles on it.

In 2013 when she unveiled the Evoque design, Victoria said: ‘It’s a great honor. I wanted to design a car that I want to drive and that David would want to drive. I want a car that reflects my personality. I’m really proud of this car.’  Now it’s apparently time for a change.

She was contracted with Land Rover to help build a limited run of the Land Rover Evoque but little is known if the agreement was breached or has expired. Her announcement to sell off the classy SUV is currently generating worldwide publicity. It is believed that her decision to sell the car came due to the fact that she rarely gets behind the wheels.

Only 200 of the £80,000 priced cars were built in 2013. Victoria Beckham got one of the first deliveries of the luxurious Evoque cars.

‘It’s a great honour': The former Spice Girl was thrilled to be part of the creative process

The former pop singer initially put up the price at £60,000 but later slashed it to only £55,000. Victoria’s father is selling the car on her behalf through Lookers Land Rover in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire.

Team effort: The fashion icon worked closely with Design Director Gerry McGovern to create the slick and streamlined look

Nick Horwood, sales executive at Lookers, commented: ‘There’s only been one owner that we can see on the log book and that’s Victoria. ‘I think they’re getting rid of it because they just don’t use it. This car is a little bit different to the normal second hand car.
