Kylie Jenner‘s boyfriend Tyga has reached a confidential settlement with his angry ex-landlord, and won’t be spending time in jail as earlier speculated.
The rapper zoomed off to the Bahamas with Kylie, Kendall and some other friends for his queen’s 19th birthday, making it impossible for him not to skip a court date scheduled last Tuesday.

A judge in LA had to issue a bench warrant for the 26-year-old Rack City rapper after he failed to appear in court for questioning over an alleged $480,000 rent he owes to a Malibu property owner Gholamreza Rezai.
Latest reports confirm the lawsuit for the property Tyga rented in 2011 has been settled to ‘the mutual satisfaction of the parties’.
An attorney for landlord Gholamreza Rezai said on Friday that a formal request to withdraw the legal case was tendered at the court.
Though terms of the settlement remain unknown due to the confidentiality agreement, TMZ claimed Thursday that Tyga’s lawyer settled with the landlord’s law firm for an amount less than the initial $480,000 judgement.
However, the report added, since the warrant issued for Tyga is in Los Angeles and federal systems, the possibility remains that the rapper could be arrested when he jets back home.
Tyga will be detained by U.S. Customs, who will then contact authorities in Los Angeles to obtain him.
The rapper is considered ‘high profile’ – particularly as he is in the Kardashian circle – and his status as such is the reason law enforcement in Los Angeles were specifically made aware of the warrant, adds the website.
Tyga has a three-year-old son, King Cairo, with ex Blac Chyna [ex-model and stripper], who is now pregnant and engaged to Kylie’s brother Rob Kardashian.
A family affair, isn’t it?
Tyga needs to change his life for good. He makes headlines for the wrong reasons. Always. His association with the Kardashians seem to be killing him.
