Tyga Skipped Court Date For B-Day Girl Kylie Jenner.

Things are getting real ugly for Tyga but it’s funny because the rapper doesn’t care about his darn arrest warrant, after all, he’s in far away Bahamas partying with beautiful girls and the long arms of the law can’t touch him, for now.

In love: The 26-year-old shared a sweet photo on Instagram as he wished Kylie a happy birthday Tuesday

The boys and girls are celebrating girlfriend Kylie Jenner‘s 19th birthday.

As expected of a young Reality TV star, she and her pretty friends are sipping champaign, cruising on the yacht, playing on sandy beaches and of course, sharing the fun on Instagram and Snapchat.

Pictures of their happy times surfaced online Wednesday.

The lovebirds and their team knew a day like this would come and it would have messed up the Kardashian girl’s happiest moment–so the zoomed off to the island. Good thinking.

Having a blast: The 26-year-old rapper was supposed to be attending a hearing in LA to answer questions about his finances on Tuesday

As reports confirm, the 26-year-old is facing a possible arrest once he lands in the U.S.

Tyga skipped a court date scheduled for him to answer questions on his finances, regarding the owed rent valued at $480,000–including some alleged damages to the Malibu property owned by Gholamreza Rezai.

Latest reports from Daily Mail confirm the Rack City rapper will be facing a separate legal action for proving himself “too smart for the laws”.

His angry landlord who could bite for the financial rights denied, is making claims on the $200,000 Maybach car Tyga gifted Kylie Jenner for her birthday. The landlord’s lawyer Boris Treyzon confirmed this to People.

Bahamas: Tyga relaxed with Kylie and her model pal Hailey Baldwin as they spent time on a yacht Tuesday

Treyzon said the ex-landlord is furioys because Kylie’s boyfriend was summoned by the court on July 20, but instead of making due payments, was bold enough to buy a $200,000 worth Maybach for her.

‘Of course, we have an irate client who is owed half a million dollars and then the client reads that Tyga is giving a Maybach as a gift – that’s in violation of two things,’ he said.

‘There is a hold on him transferring any assets while there is a judgment outstanding – that’s going to be a separate action to recover that car unless the judgment is satisfied – and he’s to appear in court, be placed under oath and he needs to answer questions.’

Tyga’s issued arrest warrant came on the heels of his absence for a scheduled court hearing on Tuesday

Rezai [ex-landlord] was said to have taken King Tyga to court in 2012 claiming the rapper missed a $16,000 monthly rent payment, skipped out on his lease and left the home in need of major repairs.

The California rapper also allegedly installed a dance pole in the middle of the master bedroom without permission, Daily Mail wrote.

All the same, Tyga claimed he was very broke, blaming poverty for his refusal to pay the settlement ordered by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Nancy Newman.

His landlord’s lawyer also revealed the lengths they went to to serve Tyga with legal papers – surprising him on stage as he performed on stage during a concert at San Diego’s Fluxx Night Club on July 20, according to the report.

‘He was performing on stage, reaching out to the audience, and our processor decided to give him a gift back,’ said Treyzon.

The lawyer said Tyga’s pattern of skipping out his financial obligations isn’t new. However, he added that this time will be different for the Grammy nominee.

In his words: His history in this case has been that he’s ignoring this obligation and many others,” said Treyzon.

“This is not the only judgment that is against him. I think we are the only ones who took it this far, because it’s a large amount… We will go wherever we have to go to make sure our client is paid.”
