The last time Ronaldinho, 36, played club football was last September when he ended his disappointing spell with the Rio de Janeiro club Fluminense.
Information released by the former Barcelona player’s brother cum manager Roberto Assis says Ronaldinho could be signing with a Chinese or US-based club.
Roberto who has managed the star player’s contracts throughout his booming football days said this will be his last contract in active football. That’ll be a good way to end his well decorated career.
“The probable destination for him is Major League Soccer in the US or the Chinese Super League,” Assis told Brazilian news portal Uol.
Ronaldinho has won the FIFA world player of the year award twice.
He will represent Las Vegas City in a one-off appearance next month in their friendly against Miami United.
