These pictures were taken yesterday 5 March at the Great Hall of the People’s Republic of China. The dogs wore customized boots to perform guard duty under the control of their police instructors.
The need for their surveillance was unavoidable during the annual session of the National People’s Congress (NPC). Top members of China’s legislature and other dignitaries attended the event.
