There are always some difficult family situations that law courts cannot resolve especially when there are administrative bottlenecks which makes an immediate solution impossible.
Madonna is reportedly therefore planning to hold a family peace talk with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie over the prolonged custody battle between them for their 15-year-old son Rocco.
The said meeting will be for the three family members only.
US Weekly confirmed: “There will be no lawyers. Rocco feels that she is more concerned with proving Guy wrong than with what he wants.”
“Madonna is pushing to resolve things, but Guy recently disappeared to the Maldives with Rocco. He isn’t resolving anything now.”
An advice from a High Court urged the disagreeing parties to reach an “amicable solution” immediately in order to curtail the impact their divorce and the current custody battle is having on Rocco’s “fast receding days” of childhood.
“I renew, one final time, my plea for both parents to seek and to find an amicable resolution to the dispute between them.” Mr. Justice MacDonald said.
“As I observed during the course of the hearing, summer does not last forever. The boy very quickly becomes the man. It would be a very great tragedy for Rocco if any more of the previous and fast receding days of his childhood were to be taken up by this dispute.
“Far better for each of his parents to spend that time enjoying, in turn, the company of the mature, articulate and reflective young man who is their son and who is a very great credit to them both.”
