19-year-old Kylie Jenner who just celebrated her birthday in the Bahamas with boyfriend Tyga, Kendall and friends, is currently making waves in real estate business, as she buys her third mansion worth a cool $4.5million.

The home is close to the one she bought last May at Hidden Hills L.A. valued at $6million.

According to a Wednesday report from TMZ, the deal for this home was closed on Tuesday.

Kylie has plans to use the new ranch-style home partly as her office for the booming make-up business.

The luxury mansion also has enough space to accommodate some of her friends who may have to stay around when they visit town, giving her ample time to grow her cosmetics business empire.

There are also many other amenities that you wouldn’t be able to find in most home offices like a custom closet and stone fireplace.

The home built in 2013 features high ceilings, 8 feet doors and a four-car garage.

The report says Kylie’s four bedroom, four bath estate sits on 5,000-square-feet and features include a pool and jacuzzi.

Kylie also owns a property in a gated Calabasas community close to where the rest of her famous family live.

Reports confirm the young model has put up the Calabasas home on sale for $3.9 million.
