The Israeli military has issued an “urgent warning” to Iranians in the central city of Arak, ahead of planned airstrikes.
The order, posted on the Israel Defence Force’s Persian-language X account, covers “all individuals located in the northwest of the city of Arak and those located in the Kheirabad industrial area in the Arak region”.
“In the coming hours, the IDF will operate in the area, as it has in recent days across Iran, to strike military infrastructure of the Iranian regime,” it says.
“For your safety and well-being, we ask that you immediately leave the area indicated on the map.”
