The Kamal Adwan hospital in Gaza has said it received the bodies of 10 dead people and dozens of wounded Palestinians from western Gaza City.
“We don’t know how many are there in other hospitals,” the head of the hospital Hussam Abu Safieyah told Reuters news agency.
Earlier, Al Jazeera reported dozens of Palestinians were killed after Israeli forces fired on a crowd waiting for food aid.
Hamas-led Gaza’s government media office separately said Israeli military strikes killed 70 Palestinians and wounded 250 others as crowds waited for aid trucks in Gaza City.
Israel’s military has said it knows of no shelling by its forces in the area.
