Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin have hired some of the most high-powered lawyers in Boston, where they have been charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud in connection with the scandal, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Former Desperate Housewives star Huffman was initially represented by Blair Berk, described by the Times as “Hollywood’s top criminal defense attorney,” but she will now be represented by Marty Murphy of Boston-based firm Foley Hoag.

Loughlin, meanwhile, has hired a legal team that includes Sean Berkowitz, former head of the Justice Department’s Enron task force, Law.com reports.

Huffman and Loughlin are among dozens of parents accused of paying an “admissions consultant” hefty sums to help their children get into college by cheating on exams and falsifying athletic records.

CBS reports that Huffman and Loughlin have both deleted their social media accounts and Huffman has also removed her “What the Flicka?” parenting website.

Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman were slapped with a $500 billion lawsuit for the scam.
