Former Big Brother Naija housemate Doyin has offered some unconventional advice to the upcoming season’s contestants, urging them to fully embrace the experience rather than overthinking their actions.

The reality TV star, who gained widespread attention during her time on the show, shared her reflections on the platform that propelled her to fame. She described her journey as unforgettable and encouraged the new housemates to live in the moment.

“I can never forget my Big Brother Naija experience. It was one of the most memorable moments of my life,” Doyin said in a recent interview.

When asked what advice she would give to the incoming housemates, she did not hold back. “I would tell them to do whatever you want and deal with the consequences later. You didn’t go there to be a saint; you went there to be yourself and to have fun,” she stated.

Doyin also cautioned that the show’s environment can be overwhelming for some participants. “The show can break you but can also make you. It all depends on how you handle the pressure that comes with it,” she noted.

Speaking further, the former housemate emphasized the importance of having a strong support system outside the house. “Make sure you have people who will support you and pray for you while you are in the house. It makes a huge difference,” she advised.

She also warned against overthinking every action during the competition, suggesting that such tendencies often lead to regret. “People who try to be too careful and always think before they act usually end up regretting their time in the house. Just be yourself,” Doyin explained.

While acknowledging that some actions may draw backlash, she insisted that authenticity ultimately wins over conformity. “If it means you will be misunderstood, so be it. But at least you will be real, and that is what viewers connect with,” she concluded.
