While Israeli ground operations are concentrated mainly to the north and south of Gaza, airstrikes continue to sweep across the entire enclave.
These images come to us from al Zawayda, in the centre of Gaza, where a number of strikes have left buildings destroyed and people left to search the rubble.
Earlier reports say the Israel Defence Forces estimated it had carried out more than 22,000 airstrikes on Gaza since the start of the war, with the Hamas-led health ministry in the enclave claiming around 18,000 Palestinians had been killed.
