Amber Rose, 32, has been a very vocal women rights activist. She wants her 3-year-old son, Sebastian to grow up knowing how to treat the opposite sex.
The boy means everything to her and nothing else in this world could matter more.
In her recent interview with a tabloid, she admitted that having a child changed her dramatically, for the better. The former stripper explained that life can’t be imagined without Sebastian.
Amber who’s an ex-wife to Wiz Khalifa (the father of her son), told PEOPLE magazine:
“I’m raising him to be a feminist.
“When my son goes to school and his friend calls a girl a hoe, I want him to be the first person to say, ‘Man, that’s not cool. You don’t talk to women like that’. That’s very important to me.”
“He’s my little pumpkin.
“I hug him, I rub him, I kiss him all day long. Having him was like, you know what, I have to be stronger than I ever have been in my whole life, for him. He needs to look at his mom as Superwoman.”
The Slut Walk, a kind of civil rights protest held in Los Angeles last year 2015, was Amber’s project. The campaign was aimed at encouraging supporters to march the streets of the city to demand better treatment of women.
It’s no longer a secret as she has made it public severally that she’s a survivor of violence against women. Amber Rose has been sexually assaulted in the past and this is her motivation. She hopes to bring a change with her actions.
“Women are getting sexually assaulted. I’ve been sexually assaulted hundreds of times, just walking through the club,” she added.
“I really want to make a change. The point is, you can wear whatever you want. (A risqué outfit) is not an invitation.”
