Bomb feels ‘scarier’ than ones previously found in city

A woman who was evacuated from her home today says this bomb removals feels “scarier” than previous ones.

Amy Gasson, who lives in the Stoke suburb of Plymouth, says: “We have had bombs in Plymouth that have been found. But nothing as serious as this one.

“This has felt a little bit scarier, being so close to home.”

She says people who have been evacuated are scared for their properties and “nervous” questioning whether they have insurance or not.
