Billboard’s annual ranking of executive excellence for the year 2017 went live mid-February with Lucian Grainge (Chairman/CEO of Universal Music Group) taking the No. 2 position.

Daniel Ek, CEO & Chairman of Spotify, grabbed the number one position while Michael Rapino, Eddy Cue, Jimmy Lovine, Robert Kondrk and Rob Stringer respectively joined after Grainge.

The party was held inside Cecconi’s at West Hollywood, California.
