The 2016 MTV Europe Music Awards (“EMAs” or “EMA“) was successfully held in Rotterdam, Netherlands on 6 November.
Famous pop star Bebe Rehxa was on ground to anchor the memorable event presented by MTV Networks Europe which awards prizes to musicians and performers.
Since 2007, the winners are chosen by the viewers and fans by visiting the EMAs’ website.
EMAs first ceremony was held in 1994 in Berlin, Germany.

Bruno Mars performed his latest single “24K Magic” followed by other stars like American pop rock sensations – Shawn Mendes and DNCE, Danish soul-pop band Lukas Graham, Swedish pop sensation Zara Larsson, rock powerhouse One Republic, global dance music dynamo Martin Garrix, and dance music icon Afrojack.
Bebe also took the stage to perform her smash dance single, ‘In The Name of Love,’ followed by a performance from global phenomenon Green Day, who is also receiving this year’s MTV Global Icon Award.
Later on, multiplatinum R&B stunner The Weeknd performed the title track and first single from his upcoming album, ‘Starboy.’
The celebrity event was graced by Jaden Smith, Nina Dobrev, Deepika Padukone, Jourdan Dunn, Winnie Harlow, G-Eazy, Charli XCX, Tinie Tempah, and Idris Elba.
