Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said he is grateful for everyone who “calls a spade a spade”, following Russia’s attempts to blame Ukraine for the concert hall attack.
The Ukrainian president thanked those who refuse to “let Russia deceive the world through propaganda and blackmail”.
Mr Putin said yesterday, without providing evidence, that the suspects in the Crocus City Hall shooting were offered a “window” to cross the border into Ukraine when they fled.
Russia must lose the war in Ukraine because it is the only way to “reliably protect human lives”, Mr Zelenskyy continued.
He accused Russia of bringing about “death and pain, not life” and “terror instead of international law”.
“Ukrainians are bravely defending their homeland and will continue to do so.”
