Luka Vuskovic is keen on a move to Brighton but it is unlikely Spurs will sanction a deal for £30m, so talks remain ongoing.

Once an agreement is made on Vuskovic’s valuation, a deal is expected to progress quickly for Jan Paul Van Hecke to join Spurs.

His valuation is expected to be in excess of £60m.
