Ukrainian partisans ‘disrupt power supply to Russian military base’

Ukrainian partisans have disrupted the power supply to a Russian military base in occupied Mariupol, an official has reported.

City mayoral adviser Petro Andriushchenko said in a Telegram post: “In Mariupol, the resistance has neutralised transformer substations between [Mariupol district] and Stariy Krym village, which provided the occupants’ base with electricity.”

He published a photo from the occupied city in Donetsk Oblast, showing thick black smoke rising on the horizon.
