The Ministry of Defence has said the crew of HMS Diamond had to once again shoot down a Houthi attack drone that targeted the ship.
In its statement, it said the vessel “destroyed a drone targeting her”, with “no injuries or damage” sustained to the Diamond or her crew.
“These intolerable and illegal attacks are completely unacceptable and it is our duty to protect the freedom of navigation in the Red Sea,” the MoD said.
