Berklee College of Music is seeking a tech-savvy, service-oriented Studio Operations and Support Consultant to support our world-class recording studios and production suites on the Boston campus. This position is key to Berklee’s mission of empowering artists to create, perform, and innovate at the highest level.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Studio Operations and Support Manager, the Studio Operations and Support Consultant ensures smooth, uninterrupted operation of Berklee’s 32 studios and suites-facilities that are in use up to 22 hours a day and serve thousands of students, faculty, visiting artists, residencies, and events. This role provides front-line and behind-the-scenes engineering and technical support to maintain high-quality audio and music production experiences.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, student-centered team working on cutting-edge projects, supporting educational and professional-level sessions, and helping students succeed in an environment built for creativity and innovation.
