Selena Gomez has put up her mansion for sale, asking prospective buyers to part with nearly $3 million for this Forth Worth heaven-on-earth.
The “Come And Get It” singer bought this Texas home as part of her first investment plans shortly after rising to fame.
Todd Jerry and John Zimmerman of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Real Estate are in charge of the $2.999 deal.
At a little more than 10,000 square feet, Selena’s two-stores mansion boasts of 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and everything one can ever ask for in a luxury home.
The spacious home also has two full kitchens, a fireplace, game room, media room with an amazing theater seating arrangement. Everything is just bigger as the 24-year-old reportedly wanted.
“Selena has owned other homes, but this property really was her first dream house,” Ashley Cook (Gomez’s close friend) was quoted as telling Dallas-based real estate blog Candy’s Dirt.
“She is so busy, she ended up only spending holidays there. Her work schedule takes her all over the place. But she really loved hanging out with her family in that media room.”
Apart from having a crafting room, the mansion also has a saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen through a large terrace plus a combined basketball and tennis court.
According to Chron.com, the 10,016 square-foot house was built in 2015. It is located at a Texas posh area Montserrat.
“Montserrat, on the west side of Fort Worth, probably has the highest concentration of seven figure sales in Fort Worth,” developer John Zimmerman told the blog.
“The views are some of the best in North Texas, which is why Selena chose this area for her private home.”
Last year, the L.A. Times reported that Gomez sold her Calabasas home to rapper French Montana for $3.3 million. The Kardashians own a couple of homes at this popular Los Angeles location.
