The other UK team heading to the World Cup is Scotland.
Head coach Steve Clarke has already named his 26-man squad – and there were a few surprises included.
Clarke largely stuck with the group that secured qualification for the tournament, including eight defenders and seven midfielders who featured in every squad.
Captain Andy Robertson, Celtic’s Kieran Tierney and Napoli’s Scott McTominay were among those virtually guaranteed a place, while Aston Villa’s John McGinn is also on the plane.
In the goalkeeping department, Clarke has brought 43-year-old Hearts shot-stopper Craig Gordon back into the fold after he missed the squad for the European Championships in 2024.
At the top end of the pitch, Ross Stewart, who only has two caps for Scotland, is in the squad after an impressive end to the season at Southampton.
