Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling has slashed his £1.5million valued Merseyside mansion by £300k in order to sell it. That’s a big discount for interested buyers.
The former Liverpool player has been unlucky in his efforts to offload the extravagantly decorated home since last August even after reducing the initial asking price.
This Raheem’s luxury home is located in the Birkdale area.
The mansion boasts of bold animal prints , a barber’s area and a Michael Jackson themed room.
It is a 4-bed detached house. The barber’s salon has an orange and black leather barber chair as well as a solarium, leading out onto a small size basketball court.
In 2013, Sterling bought the property at the cost of £1.25m. His reasons for putting it up for sale at a loss is yet unknown. Instead of an increased sale on the purchase amount after 3 years, the house is losing £50k from the initial amount according to Rightmove data.
“Another unique feature of Sterling’s former abode is the Michael Jackson room – which has MJ memorabilia hung on the walls, a pair of legs hanging from the ceiling, its own bar, a DJ deck set up and blue lighting in the skirting-boards.”
“There is also a cinema room, decorated with black carpet, textured black wallpaper, three red leather triple seat reclines and walls adorned with framed Liverpool shirts.”
