Vladimir Putin’s annual address to parliament is set to be screened at cinemas in Russia.
Russian state news agency RIA cited a representative for the Cinema 5 network as saying the address on Thursday has “high demand” and will be broadcast at cinemas in 17 cities.
They said more than half of seats were already booked in the western Russian city of Perm.
It comes ahead of the Russian presidential election on 17 March.
