Paris Saint-Germain coach Mauricio Pochettino spoke on Friday about the rumours linking the French side with Lionel Messi and said “it’s a possibility” the club are working on.

“The club are working (on it) and if there is any information we will relay it as soon as possible,” he said in a news conference.
Pochettino didn’t give any further details on the state of play with regards to negotiations, just saying that sporting director Leonardo and president Nasser Al-Khelaifi are on top of it.
Barcelona announced on Thursday that Messi would leave the club after two decades in Blaugrana.
The club reached an agreement with Messi over a new deal but couldn’t register the terms while complying with LaLiga’s spending limits.
PSG and Manchester City are the favourites to sign him but the Ligue 1 runners-up appear to be first out of the blocks.
