The number of Palestinians killed has risen from 830 to 900, the Gaza health ministry has said.
Among the dead are 260 children and 230 women, it added.
The number of people wounded in the retaliatory Israeli strikes has also increased to 4,600, it said.
It added that the victims had been subjected to “tearing, amputation of limbs, complex wounds, various burns, and damage to the internal organs”.
The ministry said this indicates the “Israeli occupation’s deliberate use of excessive force to kill innocent children, women, and citizens, which requires international accountability for its crimes”.
Meanwhile, 1,000 Israelis have been killed in the attacks by Hamas.
