A bullet-like vehicle representing ingenuity from a local Chinese technician is seen on the road in southwest China’s Sichuan Province today 26th February, 2016.
The vehicle is said to be a modified version from a bicycle, with three bicycle tires and a plastic-made body that looks like a missile.
Due to safety concerns after the vehicle was intercepted on the road by the police, the driver and his monster was banned from ever plying the roads or face strict legal charges for violations.
That’s a bad way to kill innovation, don’t you think?
