Barcelona manager, Hansi Flick has named two areas winger, Lamine Yamal has improved.

According to Flick, the Spain international has improved in defensive and offensive contributions in the game.

Speaking about Yamal, Flick said (via Barca Universal): “We always talk about players in offensive and defensive roles; he also helped the team a lot against Atlético [Madrid] by pressing.

“He has improved a lot in defence, but also in attack; the level he is showing is fantastic, I love watching him.”

Yamal was impressive as Barcelona recently defeated Atletico Madrid to top the LaLiga table.

The 18-year-old will hope to lead Barcelona to victory when they face Real Betis on Saturday evening.
