Kim Kardashian hasn’t be active on social media since she suffered a life-threatening attack in Paris over a week ago. The reality TV star is currently experiencing side effects from the traumatic encounter, reports say.

The Kardashian family had to cancel shows and remain “withdrawn” from social media while issues on security are handled by professionals.
Kimmy canceled her scheduled public appearance in Dubai, a few days after the horrific attack.
Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian have all called off upcoming press appearances for precautionary reasons, a source told Access Hollywood on Friday.
“Due to recent events and ongoing security issues, all signings have been canceled,” the source said.
The family has remained silent on social media since the unfortunate incident, however, Khloe Kardashian broke the silence after she appeared as a guest on Ellen Degeneres Show.
Khloe said Kim hasn’t been in good mental health, adding that her family is giving the 35-year-old every support she needs to get through the pain.
In her words: “You know, it’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her.
“But our family is super close and great and we’ll get through it together, and we do appreciate all of your guys’ love and support and it will take time. You know, it was horrible what happened to her.”
Khloe also explained why the whole family chose to slow down on social media activities. She said: “I think it’s just a wake up call to make a lot of life adjustments.
“This is a really serious matter for Kim. I think that’s really personal, as to that emotional terror [and when] you could move on from that. It’s a wake up call for all of us, but definitely [the focus is] just to make sure our sister is okay.
“Just [to] make sure we’re protected as well as possible.
“Like I said, we’re a family, we’ll do this together. I think it’s important to make those adjustments and to pull back a little bit I think is always smart.”

“They don’t know what is going on, thankfully,” BET quotes a source from ET. “She [Kim Kardashian] tries not to cry in front of North, but it’s been tough.
“She still gets emotional thinking about the incident,” the source added. “I don’t think the flashbacks will go away anytime soon though. It’s going to take a while for those to stop, as with any traumatic experience like that.”
