Keylor Navas: Real Madrid Must Be Calm Against Manchester City.

Real Madrid of Spain goalkeeper, Keylor Navas believes the team will need to remain calm against Manchester City in what is expected to be a tense match. This is the only way, according to the goal-tender, victory can be assured in the Champions League semi-finals.

Madrid is currently playing City at the Santiago Bernabeu with the Ist Half ending 1-0 in favor of the Spanish club.

After a goalless draw in last week’s first leg game, the Los Blancos only need to avoid conceding and score just once in order to ensure a repeat of the 2014 final following Atletico’s progression a day before.

“I have the privilege of playing for Real Madrid,” the goalkeeper noted at a Press conference.

“Playing in a semi-final is always important, and I take the most responsibility [for it].

“It’s my first of many semi-finals, and we’ll give everything for the badge.

“City will be difficult. They have players who can cause imbalance, but we have what it takes to play in games like these and need everyone at 100 percent.

“We respect all our opponents. The more united we’ll be, the stronger we’ll be.

“It’s a very important game at club level and a privilege to play in.

“When you have the best fans in the world, you know that they’ll support us, so we want to repay their faith in us.

“We have to go out with a winning mentality, but the most important thing is to stay calm and have cool heads.”
