Kanye West has been called a lot of names in the media but his aggrieved ex-bodyguard has recently gone a bit too far by publicly revealing the rapper’s secret life.

Steve Stanulis says he was shocked to learn on his very first day at work that Kanye is truly egoistic.

According to the ex-bodyguard, the ‘Graduation’ rapper refused to push the elevator button that would take them to his office where they had gone for an appointment, notwithstanding that he was a newbie. In his words:

“We headed to his music studio. When we got into the elevator Kanye just stood there with his arms folded and said, ‘Aren’t you going to press the button?’”

The ex-NYPD cop tried explaining to him that he didn’t know which floor they were headed to, but that made things worse.

“[Kanye] flipped out, squealing that his time was precious and that he couldn’t believe I hadn’t called ahead to find out which floor he worked on.”

“I was amazed by the amount of bizarre behavior I saw in just two weeks,” said Stanulis. “It is his world and everyone just exists within it. I don’t know how Kim [Kardashian] stays married to him.”

The ex-body guard says the 38-year-old rapper behaves like a “toddler”. He also revealed that workers are not allowed to speak in his presence.

Stanulis was sacked in a controversial manner. Reports say the rapper caught him speaking with Kim against “restraining orders,” but the angry guard denied any accusation of romance between him and Kanye’s wife.

“I had to look after his toddler daughter once and it was so much easier than baby-sitting the father,” said Steve Stanulis, whose past clients include Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire.

“I’ve been employed by a lot of high-end people but I’ve never worked for someone like him. He’s 10 times worse than what you see.”

The 42-year-old guard revealed he worked just for two weeks on Kanye West’s payroll but knew he wouldn’t last in the job. According to Stanulis: “I was told, ‘Don’t expect to last long. He goes through a lot of guys and some don’t even last the first hour’.”
