Kanye West released from UCLA Medical Center

Kanye West has been released from the hospital, and the rapper is recovering at home. He checked out of UCLA Medical Center on Wednesday, 30 November, after spending nine days under ‘constant watch’.

In the weeks leading up to Kanye West’s hospitalization, he and Kim Kardashian were at odds, say sources, but his breakdown could heal their romance

His wife Kim Kardashian, who stood by his side 24/7, told ET Online: “Doctors were reluctant to diagnose anything,” adding that “he was doing much better.”

Though rumors had it that Kim was constantly fighting with Kanye because he’s hard to live with, the tabloid quotes a source as saying: “Kim is more dedicated and devoted to Kanye more than ever. She knows that there are limitations for how much a person can do or take on. She knows that he just needs a break, and she will make sure he gets that. This is only making their marriage stronger.”

John Legend, a close friend of the family, added in an interview with ET just before Kanye was hospitalized: “All I can see is what [Kanye] said to the public — and that is he’s tired and needs some rest.

“I think he’s been through a lot lately with what happened to Kim. I think if he needs to rest, I think his fans will be patient and let him rest. He’ll come back stronger, hopefully.”

The 39-year-old suffered medical emergency on 21 November.

Earlier reports confirmed he was ‘very paranoid’ as a result of stress and exhaustion from his Saint Pablo tour.

During a live performance in San Jose on 17 November, the rapper expressed his political views, saying he didn’t vote at the elections. Though the Kardashians, except Caitlyn, voted for Hillary Clinton, the rapper surprisingly revealed that his vote would have favored Donald Trump – a statement which offended most concertgoers.

Kanye, who argued on stage that “America is racist”, also dissed his closest pal Jay Z and wife Beyonce during his 15-minute speech. Celebrities like Mrs Clinton, LeBron James and Mark Zuckerberg, weren’r spared from his rants.

A day after the rapper’s concert promoter [Live Nation] announced that the remaining dates for Saint Pablo tour had been canceled, media reports confirmed he attacked an official at a gym before his doctor called 911.

Media reports said the father-of-two was handcuffed on a stretcher and whisked away to UCLA Medical Center though PEOPLE squashed the rumors, saying: “He went to the hospital at will under the advice of his physician. He was not restrained but went freely.”

Follwing Kanye’s hospitalization, his mother-in-law Kris Jenner spoke with Extra on the rapper’s hospitalization. She said: “He’s exhausted. He’s just really tired.

“He’s had a grueling tour and it’s been a grind, so he just needs to rest.”

Now that daddy is home for real, a tipster who is close to Kim, told People.com: “He is home, getting some rest.”

“The rapper is at home with Kim and the kids. He seems okay and happy to be home. Kim’s family is visiting.”

Another close source to Kim’s family confirmed with the news outlet: “Kanye will continue to receive treatment and help with how to cope with stress. He needs to learn how to better balance his work and family life.”

A report from Boombox says the rapper’s mental breakdown could have been triggered by his late mom’s ninth anniversary. The month of November brings him sadness because Late Dr. Donda West died on 7 November, 2007 and was buried on 20 November – the same day Kanye literally went mad on stage in Los Angeles.

He was hospitalized on 21 November after a reported violence. His two kids weren’t allowed to see him in the hospital through out the time he spent under close watch.

The rapper will continue with his treatments as an out-patient.dical out-patient treatment at his home.
