Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh has said the group is showing flexibility in negotiations with Israel but is ready to continue fighting.
He called on Palestinians in Jerusalem and the West Bank to march to al Aqsa Mosque to pray on the first day of Ramadan.

Number of Palestinians killed nears 30,000, says Hamas ministry
The Hamas-run Gaza health ministry says the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli strikes has reached 29,954 since 7 October.
Another 70,325 people have been injured, the ministry said.
